Juicy Broiled Grapefruit with Brown Sugar & Cinnamon
Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 7 Minutes | Time: 12 min
- 2 grapefruits
- 2 TB of brown sugar
- 1 TB of cinnamon
- Set oven to broil. Cut grapefruit in halves, then lightly slice across the fruit (star motion from the inner fruit to the outer skin) and transfer to an oven safe dish. Sprinkle brown sugar generously over fruit. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the fruit.
- Broil grapefruit in the middle of the rack 7-10 minutes.
